ELEVER TRAINING INSTITUTE REFUND POLICY

 

You agree to reading our Frequently Asked Questions when accepting our terms.

 

1. Deposit payments are strictly non refundable.

2. All deposits and payments made in full are non- refundable during offer period.

 

By the Trainee

​

1. All course balance payments must be paid seven days prior to the course start date. All Deposits are non-refundable.

​

Trainees can pay off the balance on their course start date but must notify Elever Training Institute seven days prior to their start date via email: info@eleverinstitute.com

​

All cancellations must be notified to Elever Training Institute seven days prior to the course start date in writing and delivered to Elever Training Institute registered address at 122-124 North Street, Romford, Essex, RM1 1DL via registered (signed for) delivery (choice of courier is up to the trainee) or in person or via Email to info@eleverinstitute.com

All course payments paid in full are non-refundable.

​

At the discretion of Elever Training Institute you may be offered an alternative course date.

​

• If Trainee does not cancel within seven days prior to the course start date the full payment of the course cost is liable by the Trainee.

​

All equipment is supplied to students only for the duration of the course..

​

Students must not at any point re-distribute the content of the course they are attending. This includes re-production of the course material. Students must not use any recording devices to video record the course and its contents, nor voice record the course content without express written permission.

​

AIRPORT TRANSFER SERVICE

Our transfer service is only available from a London airport to a Hotel within reasonable distance of the institute. This is a one way transfer service and a return trip is not included. We are not liable to pay any late fees if you are delayed in reaching the transfer service.

PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

​

Tattoo Machine 

Our current promotion of a FREE Tattoo machine are for bookings made between 01/08/2025 – 20/10/2025. Students booking prior to 01/08/2025 are not eligible for this item.

​

*Promotional items are delivered within 14 working days of course completion.

​

Long absence and write off

​

Long absence for the purpose of the work experience training course is a period of 25 working days from the time the trainee attended their latest training session (classroom/in-house courses).

​

Long absence unless caused by lack of spaces to book a training session or with prior notice to UK Official Tattoo Academy in writing either by email or post, will result in an automatic cancellation of the work experience by Elever Training Institute and no refunds will be due to Trainee.

 

Cancellation notice will be sent to Trainee by Elever Training Institute 3 days before the cancellation is affected.

​

*An admin fee of £34 will be charged if the course originally booked in for is missed for any reason without letting Elever Training Institute know.
